A Florida native and current resident of Atlanta, Georgia, Davis is also the owner and founder of Iron Sharpens Iron, My Brother’s Keeper Defense LLC, and National Range Day. Davis started My Sister’s Keeper Defense in 2016 because she noticed a lack of representation in the gun community. She saw women coming into the range where she worked and feel extremely uncomfortable while their significant other attempted to teach them about firearms. Sometimes it's hard to believe you can do something until you see someone who looks like you in that position. Her firearms background stems from the military, having served in the Army National Guard for seven years. She became a firearms instructor after leaving the military and fell in love with teaching firearms classes while working at a local Atlanta gun range. Davis states "My end game is to effectively teach a million women how to defend themselves with firearms. I also plan to open my own gun range. As a domestic abuse and sexual assault survivor, I think it's important that women feel like they're in control of their safety. My Sister’s Keeper Defense is here to empower women and make sure that no one else becomes a victim." Davis' certifications include USCCA Concealed Carry Home Defense Fundamentals Certified Instructor, USCCA Defensive Shooting Fundamentals Certified Instructor, NRA Certified Pistol Instructor and NRA Chief Range Safety Officer, Glock Operator Level II, Glock Armorer. Her favorite gun is a Sig Sauer P365 XL.

Laci Warden Laci Wardenwill always admit she isn’t the stereotypical outdoorsy type. While she grew up around hunting/shooting, she didn’t really know anything about it, having never done it herself. Her career in the industry started seven years ago when she was looking for a monumental life change and started handling PR for Winchester Ammunition. She was hooked after her first turkey hunt in March 2014. From there, she’s assisted brands such as Browning, Yamaha, Pelican, and recently became a yoga teacher while launching her own agency. She’s been having a blast ever since. She’s a girl with a stiletto addiction, not a hardcore adrenaline junkie who lives to defy the laws of gravity, but she does love golfing, yoga, hunting, archery, and fishing. SHOT Show is better than Christmas, in her opinion, as is being out of your comfort zone. She’s a quote-aholic who always tries to be the light shining on a dark day. But most importantly, Warden truly believes life is meant to be an epic adventure, which is what keeps her loving the opportunities for growth within the outdoor space. To her, this industry has the potential to thrive when the rest of the world is stuck inside. We have a responsibility to live and breathe life into new outdoorsmen and women by helping them overcome the barriers to entry (lack of mentors, hunting land, education) that many forget are real deterrents.  Bringing in a new perspective of what it means to explore the outdoors is challenging, yet necessary to change the narrative.

In that capacity, Mitch manages a team to program four television networks, one streaming platform, and a recently announced video-on-demand block called Game & Fish airing on Outdoor America Television. He’s an occasional guest on Outdoor Channel and was a cast member on Season 10 of the Outdoor Channel Original Series, Wild Boar Fever, and is co-host of the Country Outdoors Podcast.
