Shipping Instructions: All packages, for CP Events and auction, should be shipped to the Franklin Cool Springs Marriott.

  1. Packages should arrive at the hotel between June 11 and June 15, 2021 to avoid storage fees charged by the hotel. Please see specific shipping instructions in the attached document. POMA will have all boxes received sorted by manufacturer and/or event.
  2. POMA highly recommends all shipments be made using a track shipment option. POMA cannot track packages or be responsible for shipments. If you want POMA to have a backup copy of the tracking number, please enter the email address [email protected], when creating shipments.
  3. POMA will sort boxes and open if necessary to determine contents for proper sorting -- and will have boxes/product ready for CPs to pick up on-site.
  4. Return shipping from the hotel will be available. Boxes must be delivered to the designated POMA area packed, taped, and with a pre-paid return shipping label. A UPS and FedEx pickup will be made at the hotel on Monday after conference.

Labeling of Packages: Every shipment must include this line: POMA Conference and event name, for example:

  • POMA Conference - Shooting Day
  • POMA Conference - POMA Camps/Showcase
  • POMA Conference - Auction, etc.

CP Event Spot/Station Assignments: We'll have CP Event assignments at conference. Adjustments can be made, if necessary.

Product Showcase/POMA Camps: Setup begins at 12:15 pm on Wednesday, June 16. The two events are being combined again this year, and we're right on-site at the Franklin Cool Springs Marriott. No shooting-related activities are permitted, but firearms manufacturers may display their products as long as they are unloaded.

The location at the hotel will allow for everyone to be in close proximity, and there will be plenty of time for attendees to visit all static and interactive displays. During registration, there was an area to indicate if you needed a tent ($150 for a 10'x10') and/or tables ($50 per table with a maximum of 2). If you'd like you can ship your pop-up tent or buy one before setting up for the event. You can also bring your own table if you didn't reserve one. If you need a tent and/or table(s) and didn't reserve them during the registration process, please let us know as soon as possible, so we can see if the option to add them is available.

Shooting Day: Setup begins at 11:30 am on Thursday, June 17. Lunch will be provided. Event runs 1:30 - 4:30 pm. The event is being held at Strategic Edge Gun Range. Directions to the range will be available at conference. The range is mostly covered, and tents will be provided for additional cover. If you've reserved a pistol/carbine station and need a table, you'll need to bring one to set up.

POMA Staff:  Staff leaves for conference on June 10, and we will have very little access to email throughout conference. On-site, find staff at the POMA registration desk in the Franklin Cool Springs Conference Lobby.
